Can I keep my number?

Yes! You can transfer your phone number in one of two ways:

Can I choose any prepaid plan?

You can choose the plan of your choice upon activation. If you have questions, you can call 1-844-839-2496 or dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone.

How do I unlock my device?

If you have a T-Mobile device it does not need to be unlocked. If your device is from another carrier, you will need to contact your carrier to get directions on how to unlock your device to work on the T-Mobile network.

How do I bring my phone, tablet or hotspot to T-Mobile?

The steps are simple:

1) Select the right 3-in-1 SIM card for your GSM or LTE device. Phones require a 3-in-1 SIM Starter Kit. Tablets and hotspots require a 3-in-1 Data SIM Starter Kit.

What is a SIM card? Do I really need a new one?
