Yes! You can transfer your phone number in one of two ways:

Can I choose any prepaid plan?

You can choose the plan of your choice, but all phones and SIM cards purchased from 1-800-TMOBILE or online at T-Mobile.com come activated with a Pay As You Go plan with 30 minutes of talk or 30 texts (or any combination of the two that adds up to 30 ) to get you started.

If you would like a different plan than Pay As You Go , you can compare prepaid plans and then call 1-877-778-2106 or dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone to switch.

How do I unlock my device?

If you have a T-Mobile device it does not need to be unlocked. If your device is from another carrier, you will need to contact your carrier to get directions on how to unlock your device to work on the T-Mobile network.

How do I bring my phone, tablet or hotspot to T-Mobile?

The steps are simple:
