A: You can find your 11-12 digit activation code in the activation booklet provided with your T-Mobile No Annual Contract phone. You’ll need this code to activate your phone online.

A: Yes, as long as the number you wish to transfer is eligible, you can transfer that number to your new phone. You can transfer your existing mobile number, your landline number, or your current T-Mobile number to your No Annual Contract plan during the activation process. You’ll need your phone number, along with your account number and the PIN or password to complete the transfer.
A: You’ll need a T-Mobile SIM Card Activation Kit, which contains a new SIM card and activation code.
A: It can take up to 2 hours for your account to be fully active. You will receive a text message on your No Annual Contract phone/device to confirm that it’s ready to use.
A: You will be able to select a rate plan when you activate your phone/device online.

The daily rate for each plan option will be deducted each time you sign up for service in a day. Day is 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., based on time zone associated with your phone number. If call spans multiple days (e.g., from 11:58 p.m. to 12:05 a.m.), you may be charged the daily rate for each day. Plan Changes or Renewals: When you switch between plans or renew a monthly plan, features or credits associated with your prior plan will no longer be available, and you are not able to switch back to some plans. Some plans will not allow early renewal. General Terms: $15 SIM starter kit may be required. Sufficient balance required to use service. Domestic use only; additional charges apply for international use. Partial kilobytes rounded up. Data roaming only available for the $50, $60, $70 & $80 monthly plan options. Roaming and on-network data allotments differ: 1 GB full-speed plans include 10 MB roaming; 3 GB and Unlimited 4G full-speed plans, and 5 GB Smartphone Mobile HotSpot feature, include 50 MB roaming; 5 GB full-speed plan includes 100 MB roaming.
